STEPHENVILLE, Texas, July 10 -- Tarleton State University issued the following news release on July 9:
Tarleton State University's Dr. Alex del Carmen will lead scholars and academicians from across The Texas A&M University System to analyze data racial profiling reported by law enforcement agencies.
