WASHINGTON, July 10 -- Rep. David Cicilline, D-Rhode Island, issued the following statement on July 9:
"This is an enormous victory for the basic principle that no one is above the law. The Court held today that Congress has the constitutional responsibility to conduct oversight of the executive branch.
"There is a clear need for that oversight in this case as President Trump continues trying to hide his connections to Vladimir Putin's Russia.
