Rep. Maloney Urges Metropolitan Transportation Authority to Implement Express Bus Service From Williamsburg to Manhattan

NEW YORK, July 10 -- Rep. Carolyn Maloney, D-New York, issued the following news release:
Congresswoman B. Maloney (NY-12) sent a letter to Chairman and CEO of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Patrick Foye calling for an express bus line from Williamsburg to Manhattan.
The request follows two previous letters the Congresswoman sent in support of a Brooklyn Community Board 1 (CB1) resolution favoring the route which received a unanimous vote.
