WASHINGTON, July 10 -- Sen. Christopher Coons, D-Delaware, issued the following joint statement with Sens. Tim Kaine, D-Virginia, Cory Booker, D-New Jersey and Ben Cardin, D-Maryland, on violence in Ethiopia:
