WASHINGTON, July 9 -- Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-New York, issued the following joint statement with Rep. Steve Cohen, D-Tennessee, on the Supreme Court's decision upholding a Trump administration rule that undermines access to birth control for women across the country:
