GENEVA, New York, July 9 -- Rep. Tom Reed, R-New York, issued the following news release:
Rep. Tom Reed was proud to present Kyla James, the winner of the 2020 Congressional Art Competition, with a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition for her contribution to the competition. Kyla won the competition with her colored pencil entry, "Bjork."
