BROOKLYN, New York, July 9 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, Richard P. Donoghue, issued the following news release on July 7:
A criminal complaint was unsealed today in federal court in Brooklyn charging Kevin Jay Lipsitz with violations of the Defense Production Act and wire fraud.
