WASHINGTON, July 9 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following statement on July 8 in response to the Supreme Court's decision in Little Sisters of the Poor Saints Peter and Paul Home vs. Pennsylvania upholding the Trump administration's rules allowing employers to deny health insurance coverage for birth control:
