WASHINGTON, July 9 -- Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-New York, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, issued the following joint statement on July 8 with Rep. Steve Cohen, D-Tennessee, chair of the Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, on the Supreme Court's decision upholding a Trump administration rule that undermines access to birth control for women across the country:
