WASHINGTON, July 9 -- Rep. Nita M. Lowey, D-New York, chairwoman of the House Appropriations Committee, issued the following news release:

The House Appropriations Subcommittee on Financial Services and General Government approved by voice vote is fiscal year 2021 bill.
