MEMPHIS, Tennessee, July 9 -- Rep. Stephen Cohen, D-Tennessee, issued the following statement:
Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) announced that the Shelby County Board of Education will receive a grant of $4,144,250 from the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Head Start for its early childhood programs.
