Sean Patrick Maloney (NY-18) announced the Paycheck Protection Program, which was established through Congress's Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act and administered through the Small Business Administration, helped 11,070 small businesses and nonprofits in New York's 18th Congressional District retain 96,488 workers on their payrolls during the pandemic.
