WASHINGTON, July 8 -- Rep. Nita M. Lowey, D-New York, chairwoman of the House Appropriations Committee, issued the following news release:
The House Appropriations Subcommittee on Energy and Water Development and Related Agencies approved by voice vote its fiscal year 2021 bill.
