WASHINGTON, June 30 -- Concerned Women for America issued the following statement by CEO and President Penny Nance in a 5-4 decision in Espinoza vs. Montana Department of Revenue, the Supreme Court invalidated a Montana law that targeted religious institutions for discrimination:
