WASHINGTON, July 3 -- Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, ranking Republican member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, issued the following statement:
July 1st marks the 23rd anniversary of the handover of Hong Kong to the Chinese Communist Party.
