WASHINGTON, July 3 -- The League of United Latin American Citizens issued the following statement by National President Domingo Garcia:
"Texas Governor Greg Abbott has answered our call for action which LULAC made early Thursday morning and 11.4 million Latinos plus many others across the state will be safer from the coronavirus starting Friday at noon when the order goes into effect. It requires everyone from ten years old on up to wear masks in businesses, buildings and space . . .
