U.S. Senator Bob Menendez joined Sens. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) and a 11 other colleagues to introduce the Judicial Ads Act to combat the rise of anonymous political donations - known as dark money - in judicial nominations.
