Congresswoman Joe Morelle announced Pittsford student Jenny Li as the winner of her 2020 Congressional Art Competition. This is Rep. Morelle's second Congressional Art Competition for high school students in Monroe Country since taking office. A panel from Rochester's Memorial Art Gallery led by Rachael Baldanza reviewed student submissions before ultimately selecting Li's piece, Queen of Heart . . .
