U.S. Rep. John Katko (NY-24) announced the Problem Solvers Caucus, has officially endorsed the JOBS Credit Act, bipartisan legislation he introduced that would expand the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) in an effort to provide struggling businesses with the funds necessary to keep workers on payroll and receiving benefits. If passed, the bill could help protect nearly 60 million jobs at 6.1 mi . . .
