WASHINGTON, July 2 -- The North American Securities Administrators Association issued the following news release:
The North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) announced that its Board of Directors has approved the release for public comment of a proposed model act to assist states in creating a restitution assistance fund for victims of securities law violations.
