WASHINGTON, July 2 -- Rep. Carolyn Maloney, D-New York, chairwoman of the House Oversight and Reform Committee, issued the following floor remarks to oppose an amendment to the Moving Forward Act (H.R. 2), which would strip funding for the Postal Service:
