Congressman Andy Levin (MI-09)'s signature legislation, the EV Freedom Act, was highlighted in the House Select Committee on the Climate Crisis comprehensive congressional climate action framework. Introduced earlier this year with Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the EV Freedom Act has taken on new urgency as an important proposal to lower car emissions and aid in the country's economic recovery.
