ROCHESTER, New York, July 2 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York, James P. Kennedy Jr., issued the following news release:
U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced that Shirley Boone, 61, of Rochester, NY, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Elizabeth A. Wolford to conspiracy to commit wire fraud. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
