WASHINGTON, July 2 -- Rep. Adrian Smith, R-Nebraska, issued the following news release:
Congressman Adrian Smith (R-NE), released the following statement after the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) went into effect on July 1, 2020.
