N.J. U.S. Attorney: Bergen County Man Arrested in $1.5 Million Investment Fraud Scheme

NEWARK, New Jersey, July 2 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Craig Carpenito, issued the following news release on July 1:

A Bergen County, New Jersey, man was arrested today for his alleged role in an investment scheme that fraudulently obtained $1.525 million from at least three families from 2017 through 2019, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito announced.
