COLLEGE STATION, Texas, July 2 -- Texas A&M University's College of Engineering issued the following news on July 1:
Col. Rosendo "Ross" Guieb has been named the first executive director of the George H.W. Bush Combat Development Complex (BCDC). Effective today, Guieb moves from the senior staff of Army Futures Command (AFC) to the new role of managing the BCDC, a complex being built on the 2,000-acre RELLIS Campus in Bryan, Texas, to help accelerate military innovatio . . .
