YONKERS, New York, July 2 -- Consumer Reports issued the following news release:
Consumer Reports commended the U.S. House of Representatives for passing major auto safety legislation as a part of a broader infrastructure package, H.R. 2, the Moving Forward Act. CR said that the bill would help greatly reduce the toll of road crashes, which account for the deaths of at least 36,000 people and millions of injuries every year.
