PIERRE, South Dakota, July 1 -- Gov. Kristi Noem, R-South Dakota, issued the following news release:
Governor Kristi Noem signed two executive orders to give flexibility as South Dakota continues to fight the spread of COVID-19.
Executive Order 2020-28 (https://covid.sd.gov/docs/2020-28.pdf) suspends the implementation of SB 113, which changes statutes related to minor driver's permits.
