ExxonMobil, Employees and Retirees Contribute More Than $12 Million to Texas Colleges and Universities

IRVING, Texas, July 1 -- ExxonMobil, an international energy company, issued the following news release:

More than 80 accredited Texas colleges and universities will receive more than $12 million as part of the ExxonMobil Foundation's Educational Matching Gift Program. ExxonMobil employees and retirees contributed nearly $4 million to Texas colleges and universities, and those individual donations were matched by $8.8 million in ExxonMobil Foundation grants.
