WASHINGTON, July 1 -- Sen. James M. Inhofe, R-Oklahoma, issued the following statement applauding the Supreme Court after their ruling in the case Espinoza vs. Montana Department of Revenue:
The court decided that Montana's exclusion of religious schools from a tax-credit scholarship program funded by private dollar donations violates the Constitution.
