WASHINGTON, June 30 -- Rep. Chellie Pingree, D-Maine, issued the following statement on June 29 after the Supreme Court ruled in a 5-4 decision that June Medical Services vs. Russo, Louisiana's abortion admitting privileges law, is unconstitutional:
