WASHINGTON, June 30 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following statement on June 29 in response to the Supreme Court's 5-4 decision in June Medical Services vs. Russo that strikes down a Louisiana law limiting access to abortion:
