SCOTTSDALE, Arizona, June 30 -- The Alliance Defending Freedom issued the following statement by General Counsel Kristen Waggoner regarding the Supreme Court's decision in June Medical Services vs. Russo to strike down Louisiana's law requiring abortionists, just like doctors at ambulatory surgical centers, to hold admitting privileges at hospitals:
