U.S. Rep. Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ-09) this morning lambasted a legal petition filed late last night by the Trump-Barr Justice Department asking the Supreme Court to invalidate the entire Affordable Care Act in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and a worsening economic depression.
