ALBANY, New York, June 27 -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-New York, issued the following news release on June 26:
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo announced New York will offer to assist states with high infection rates, as several states begin to see spikes in COVID-19. The Governor also announced a 7-day average of positive tests is 1.1 percent - the lowest of any big state in the nation. He also announced New York yesterday saw the lowest number of hospitalizations since March 18.
