In recognizing and honoring the 25th anniversary of National HIV Testing Day tomorrow, U.S. Senators Bob Menendez and Cory Booker (both D-N.J.) joined a group of Senate colleagues in calling on Senate leadership to include federal funding for HIV/AIDS treatment, prevention, and housing programs in the next COVID-19 pandemic response package to continue providing life-saving servi . . .
