WASHINGTON, June 26 -- Rep. Richard E. Neal, D-Massachusetts, chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, issued the following statement responding to the Trump administration's filing of a brief in support of California vs. Texas, a lawsuit that seeks to strike down the Affordable Care Act:
