WASHINGTON, June 26 -- Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Arkansas, issued the following news release:
Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) will introduce the Washington-Grant Historic Preservation Act, which would amend the Veterans' Memorial Preservation Act to provide for a one-year mandatory minimum for those who injure or destroy monuments dedicated to our most gallant American heroes.
