U.S. Senator Bob Menendez, a senior member of the Senate Finance Committee that sets national health policy, and U.S. Representative Bill Pascrell, Jr. (N.J.-09) led the delegation's opposition to a new proposed rule by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) that would effectively slash over $100 million in annual federal funding to New Jersey hospitals in the midst . . .
