ABINGDON, Virginia, June 25 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Virginia, Thomas T. Cullen, issued the following news release on June 24:

Michael Norman Dube, 59, who operated American Toxicology Labs, pleaded guilty today in the Western District of Virginia to health care fraud charges.
