WASHINGTON, June 24 -- Rep. Brian Higgins, D-New York, issued the following news release:

Congressman Brian Higgins (NY-26) announced NeighborWorks(R) Community Partners Niagara Falls will receive a $14,969 grant through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Housing Counseling program.
