WASHINGTON, June 24 -- Rep. Andy Levin, D-Michigan, issued the following statement on the deportation of war criminal Toto Constant to Haiti:
"I am so upset by our government's senseless decision to deport Toto Constant back to Haiti.
"Based on its history when it comes to accountability, I'm not at all confident that the Haitian government is prepared to hold him to justice.
"For the Trump Administration to ignore that history and continue . . .
