ALBANY, New York, June 24 -- New York State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli issued the following news release:
In May, the Office of the State Comptroller approved 791 contracts for state agencies and public authorities valued at $1.2 billion and approved approximately 20.2 million payments worth nearly $25.9 billion. The Office rejected 93 contracts and related transactions valued at $150 million and more than 9,000 payments valued at more than $21.4 million, primarily for mistakes, . . .
