WASHINGTON, June 23 -- Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-New York, ranking Republican member of the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Intelligence, Emerging Threats and Capabilities, issued the following remarks before the subcommittee's markup of the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal 2021:
