LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, June 22 -- Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce and Associated Industries of Arkansas issued the following news release:
The Governor opened his press conference by noting that the Arkansas unemployment rate declined in May by 1.3% to 9.5%. This means 46,378 are employed that were not in April. This is also almost 4 points less than the national unemployed rate of 13%.
