Rep. Hastings Commemorates 155th Anniversary of Juneteenth

WASHINGTON, June 20 -- Rep. Alcee L. Hastings, D-Florida, issued the following statement in observance of Juneteenth, the 155th anniversary of the nationally celebrated commemoration of the ending of slavery:
