WASHINGTON, June 20 -- Rep. Mac Thornberry, R-Texas, ranking Republican member of the House Armed Services Committee, issued the following statement on the Navy's investigation into the COVID-19 outbreak aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt:
"The Navy was right to conduct a thorough investigation into the spread of COVID-19 on the USS Theodore Roosevelt and the actions Navy leaders took to keep Sailors safe.
