WASHINGTON, June 19 -- Rep. Antonio Delgado, D-New York, issued the following statement after the Supreme Court upheld the DACA program:
"The Supreme Court's decision to uphold the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program is a win for our communities, our economy, and our American values.
"This is an important victory, but until we codify these protections into law through the Dream and Promise Act, Dreamers will continue to lack the certainty of securi . . .
