WASHINGTON, June 19 -- Rep. Brian Higgins, D-New York, issued the following statement on June 18 regarding the Supreme Court ruling against Trump administration effort to end DACA:
"From day one, this Administration's policy toward Dreamers, who have only ever known life in this country, has been cruel and heartless.
