NEW YORK, June 19 -- The Hispanic Federation issued the following news release:
By a 5-4 ruling, the U.S. Supreme Court found that President Trump's attempt to end the successful Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program was "arbitrary and capricious." The DACA program provides certain individuals brought to the US as youth the opportunity to reside and work legally in this country without fear of deportation.
